The Cheshire County Show provides a splendid opportunity for a educationally valuable School Visit, enabling children to experience a wide-range of activities in one visit. Many of the businesses attending the Show work closely with schools providing information for GCSE, Core Skills and GNVQ Business Courses.

Displays and competitions include:

Large and small farm animals, horses, dogs and rare breeds, poultry, rabbits and cavies.

There are also School Bands, Conservation Organisations, Country Crafts and presentations of projects by schools from various parts of the County, in the 'Schools Out' marquee.
